Privacy Policy

Ekips is a marketing and customer communication panel operated by FOM TIME LTD. Consultants and businesses use it to manage their client companies' ads, messages and leads. FOM TIME LTD is the data controller for the data described here.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and the workspaces you belong to.
• Connected accounts: when a business connects Meta (Facebook), Instagram, WhatsApp or another service, we store an encrypted access token and the data needed to show it in Ekips, such as ad accounts, campaigns and results, Instagram and WhatsApp messages, and comments.
• Messages and leads: conversations and contact details that customers send to the connected accounts, so the team can answer and follow them up.
• Usage logs: sign-in and action records for security and debugging.

How we use data

Only to provide Ekips to the business: showing and managing its ads, receiving and answering its messages, assigning conversations to its team and preparing reports. AI features process this data to draft replies and suggestions; nothing is sent or changed without the user's instruction. We do not sell personal data and do not use it to advertise to anyone.

Meta and Google data

Data received from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) is used only to provide the service to the business that connected it, in line with the Meta Platform Terms; it is not transferred to third parties or used to build advertising profiles. When you sign in with Google we receive only your name and email address. Ekips's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the providers that run Ekips (hosting, database, email and AI providers) under their processing terms, and with the platform you connected (for example Meta, when a reply is sent).

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the workspace and the connection exist. Disconnecting a service removes its token and the data synced from it. You can also remove Ekips's access in your Meta settings; Meta notifies us and we delete the data of that account. See the data deletion instructions.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest, traffic is encrypted in transit, and every change made to an ad account through Ekips is recorded with who made it.
